VidMojo is a paid product offered through recurring subscription plans (currently ranging from approximately $39 to $79 per month, depending on the plan you select). New accounts may receive a limited, one-time allotment of welcome credits to try the Service; ongoing AI generation requires an active paid subscription.

10.2 Billing

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. Plan prices, included credits, and features are described at checkout and on our pricing page and may change with notice.

10.3 Credits

AI generations consume credits from your account balance. Credits are tied to your subscription and any add-on credit packs you purchase. Welcome and promotional credits may expire or be limited as described when granted.

10.4 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and consumed credits cannot be reinstated.
